Online Returns

Unwanted items purchased online

Unwanted items can be returned to us within 28 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you want to return an item.

Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, unless faulty. Any product containing e-Liquid can not be returned due to the risk of tampering. All returns for unwanted items must be reported to us via email previously. Unauthorised returns unfortunately will not be processed. You are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless stated otherwise. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. We cannot be held liable for any returns that have been lost in transit.

Faulty items purchased online

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty or you are having problems with an item you have purchased please email us. We will help resolve the problem or provide information for a return.

Please Note: All returns for faulty items must be reported to us via email previously. Unauthorised returns unfortunately will not be processed. You are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless stated otherwise. We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via a tracked service, and if the item is over the value of £50 to use an insured service. Refunds

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund claim within 14 days. If your return is approved, we will offer store credit or initiate a refund to your payment card or other original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 1-5 workings days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipping please call us immediately. If your order hasn't been dispatched we will proceed to cancel your order.

If your order has been dispatched you can still return it to us. Please follow the Unwanted Items Purchased Online procedure above to arrange for your items to be returned and a refund issued.

In Store Returns

Unwanted items purchased in store

Unwanted items can be returned to us within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Provided with proof of purchase, a receipt.

You will be issued with store credit to the value of the returned items.

Faulty items purchased in store

If an item you purchased in-store is faulty or you are having problems, please pop in to see us as soon as you can. We will help to diagnose the issue and if necessary replace the item or issue store credit. Please bring your proof of purchase and original packaging.
